The A Woman's Dream Readiness Pathway is a 12-week hybrid entrepreneurship readiness program designed for women entrepreneurs who have already started exploring a business idea and are ready to build a stronger foundation.
Participants strengthen their business structure, financial readiness, and MVP while preparing for future opportunities such as funding programs, incubators, accelerators, and business growth initiatives.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for women who:
- Have a defined business idea or early-stage business.
- Have already tested their idea in some way (through conversations, sales, prototypes, or market validation).
- Are ready to move beyond planning and begin building.
- Can commit to the full 12-week program.
This program is not intended for idea discovery. Applicants should already have a business concept they are ready to develop.
How is the 12-week hybrid program structured?
The program combines virtual learning with hands-on, in-person implementation.
Weeks 1-3
Virtual
Build your entrepreneurial foundation through founder readiness, personal financial readiness, and business planning.
Weeks 4-7
Mandatory In-Person
Mondays | 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Scarborough, Ontario
These implementation sessions focus on building your MVP, including your landing page or funnel, CRM, customer journey, automation, and marketing infrastructure.
To help reduce barriers to participation, food will be provided during each in-person session.
Weeks 8-12
Virtual
Participants refine their MVP through user experience feedback, prepare for funding readiness and business banking, participate in one-on-one founder coaching, complete a partner pitch practice, and finalize their Showcase presentation.

No advanced technical experience is required.
What is the application and selection process?
The selection process includes several stages:
- Submit your application before the application deadline.
- Applications are reviewed to determine eligibility.
- Shortlisted applicants are invited to schedule a 20-minute group interview.
- Final participants are selected and notified before the program begins.
Because spaces are limited, meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance.
Do I need a registered business?
No.
However, you should already have a clearly defined business idea or early-stage business that you've begun exploring or testing.
This program focuses on helping participants build and strengthen an existing concept, rather than helping someone discover a business idea from scratch.
How much does the program cost?
The A Woman's Dream Readiness Pathway is offered at no cost to selected participants, thanks to the support of our funding partners.
